I do not think that the Commission has the courage or the will to investigate and monitor what the Yashivas teaches Jewish students and does not have the courage and the will to investigate what is even taught as Sunday schools especially as it relates to other faiths and religion. When the US was supporting the Mujahideens in Afganistan, the US was pouring tens of millions of dollars investing in Madrasas that were the recruiting background for the Mujahideens and the Talibans. There were no questions about what was being taught at the time, since it served the US interest notwithstanding that many of these graduates became terrorists... only when terrorism was directed against the US did we discover it was time to investigate what these Madrasas are teaching the kids. Same is true for the Yashivas.. as long as they teach hate, racism and promote murders of Arabs and Palestinians it is fine.. I wonder what the Commission will do or say if the same message and teachings promoted in the Yashivas were directed toward Christians... I only wonder?
