It is the Occupation, Stupid!

U.S. President George W. Bush(L) and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud OlmertGeorge Bush historic visit to Israel and his commitment to the security of Israel while not even mentioning ending the occupation is a telling where this visit is leading to, war on Iran. Both Israel and the US see the only major issue and conflict in the Middle East is Iran threat to Israel but not Israel’s Occupation and never the threat Israel has posed during the last 60 years. I am afraid that Israel will convince George Bush that war on Iran is in Israel national interests in the same way it convinced George Bush through its agents within the American administration that the war on Iraq is in Israel’s best interest, of course paid for with American blood and money. Jerusalem for All; Is too Important to be left to the Present Israeli and Palestinian Leaderships!

Dome of the Rock, JerusalemIstanbul, that very beautiful city recently (November 15-17) hosted the first Al-Quds International Institution (Jerusalem Forum) with more that 2,000 delegates from all over the world attending the conference with the objective of making sure that Jerusalem will always have a Muslim and Christian presence and that such communities will never be excluded from the city as a direct result of the continuous Jewish war on Jerusalem. The present Palestinian leadership that negotiated Oslo is unfit and unqualified to negotiate an end to the occupation

Ahmed Qurei and Mahmoud AbbasCan the same Palestinian leadership that negotiated Oslo negotiate an end to the Israeli Occupation and the establishment of an independent Palestinian State? The answer is obvious, NO.

The Palestinians leadership of the late Arafat, Mahmoud Abbas and Ahmed Qurai and all of the Fatah leaders, so far, failed to admit that Oslo was nothing more than a security contract between the late Arafat and his team and the Israelis and was nothing more than a face saving measures for a leadership that caused great harm and loss to the Palestinian people especially those of Kuwait as a direct consequences of Arafat support of Saddam.
