Pro American Lobby in Israel

28 08 2013

A family friend, a South Asian international human rights lawyer raised a very interesting question the other day and asked if there is a pro Israeli lobby in the US, why there is no pro American lobby in Israel? A very good question indeed.

In the US, any one seeking a national political position whether as president, senator, house members, cabinet members or senior staff on the White House or Capital Hill, or diplomatic economic, and financial position certainly key financial advisors or Federal Reserve, all without exception must meet AIPAC litmus test of loyalty to Israel and its agenda. Single or dual citizenship is a one-way street in favor of Israel over America all the times.

The family friend was intrigued by the power AIPAC and Israel associated powerful think tanks hold over almost every thing political, economic or financial in America and asked why not an American lobby in Israel with the same powers and commitments to the US as AIPAC is toward Israel?

With hundreds of thousands of Americans in Israel, it is very difficult to even imagine if any one who would have the kind of loyalty to America to even think of organizing to represent pro America’s interests in Israel, in the same way that Americans Zionists and Israelis represent Israel’s interests in the US. Most are dual citizens; most volunteer to serve in the Israeli army, before they think of serving the American army, most join armed settlers groups and land thieves. America and its national interest is the last thing on their mind.

Just imagine if Bibi Netanyahu or members of his cabinet or security advisors who are members of the pro American lobby with declared loyalty to America First. Better yet imagine if members of Knesset as members of the American lobby.

Imagine members of Knesset simply signing blank letters or drafts bills presented by the pro American lobby when such letters or bills are contrary to Israel First or its national and security interests. They will never be able to come within one miles of Bibi or the Knesset or any political, defense or security positions.

Imagine if members of the pro American lobby in Israel, demand litmus test of loyalty to America from key political, defense and financial candidates similar to the demands made by members of Congress as they vote for confirmation of American officials who must meet loyalty test to Israel as recently was demanded by Susan Rice and Samantha Power, certainly Chuck Hagel. His service to America as a soldier, as a senator was not good enough for his colleagues in the senate who are at the pecking of AIPAC and who are Israel First.

Imagine if these US citizens in Israel decide to choose to join the US military instead of joining the Israeli army? Imagine what Israeli society would think of these people and whether they will be able to get jobs even as janitors in government buildings. Yet, we in America see nothing wrong with Israeli loyalists holding key political, national security and defense position. In fact if you are not an Israeli First you had no chance of ever holding a position of consequence in the US.

The idea of a pro American lobby in Israel is an intriguing question, but it will never happen because no one dares to stand up for America First, not in Israel certainly not in America. Beside Israel will never allow it to take place.

America’s Bloodied Hands

18 03 2013

As President Barack Obama steps off Air Force One and into the tarmac at Lod Airport, he should remember the bloodied hands of the United States, responsible directly and indirectly for the death and murder of tens of thousands of Israeli Jews and hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, Lebanese, and Egyptians. And yes, hundreds if not thousands of Americans.

President Obama should ask the question how many more have to die before the US does the right thing and view the conflict as an international conflict not a domestic issue? The prerogative of self serving Jewish leadership and Jewish lobby with interests to keep the blood flowing to keep the money flowing to perpetuate its powers and control over America.

The US is the sponsor of Israel’s war crimes, ethnic cleansings, home demolitions, detentions without charges and without trial, land theft, fraudulent acquisitions of Arab properties, the exiles of tens of thousand of Palestinians from Jerusalem, under different forms of Israeli discriminatory laws, the daily humiliations of millions of Palestinians at the more than 550 different security check points, the “Jewish” roads only, Jewish only neighborhoods and towns, the Apartheid Wall and of course the ever expanding Jewish settlements on stolen Arab lands. No need to mention here the Hill Top Jews made up mostly of American Jewish misfits and criminal gangs funded by tax-exempt contributions of American Jewish terrorists groups. Indeed the US is the sole sponosor of the longest foreign occupation of modern times.

But for the United States and its total unconditional support for Israel (Rights and Wrong) Israel and the Palestinians, in fact Israel and the entire Arab and Muslim worlds could have reached peace agreements long long time ago, saving the lives of Jews, Arabs, Muslims and Americans.

Since the founding of Israel by a decision of the United Nation, the US gave Israel the military, diplomatic and legal support it needed to wage continuous wars against its neighbors killing and murdering hundreds of thousands of Arabs in Palestine, in Jordan, in Lebanon extending its evil and criminal arms as far as Tunisia and Iraq.

Contrary to the lies we hear from the White House and State, the United States was never an honest fair “peace broker” between Israel and the Palestinians and have always supported Israel and its unilateral decisions after Oslo, and its invasions of Lebanon and the continued Occupation of South Lebanon for over 20 years in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions. Supported Israel in its defiance of all UN resolutions. The only country to do so and get away with it.

Tens of thousands of Palestinians and Lebanese killed and murdered and entire towns destroyed and thousands imprisoned in Israeli “camps” in South Lebanon where Israel exercised the worst systematic torture unseen since WWII while the US looked the other way even blocking the implementations of UN Security Council resolution calling for Israel to withdraw from South Lebanon. And have looked the other way while Israel and its allied the Christian Phalange committed the massacres at Sabra and Shatila. But for the Israeli invasions of Lebanon with green light from Reagan and Haig, hundreds of US would not have died.

Israel with legal and diplomatic cover from the US executed hundreds of Egyptians war prisoners and committed the targeted assassinations of hundreds of Palestinians using drones and US made helicopters and fighter jets, with not even a word of protest against the use of US made weapons.

The two wars on Gaza reminds us and the world, the hypocrisy and indifference of the US as Israel waged its merciless destructions of Gaza destroying the infrastructures including hospitals and schools and tens of thousands of homes, all in the name of self defense while denying the Palestinians the same rights to self defense against the daily Israeli crimes.

Jerusalem is where Israel contrary to international laws, not only annexed East Jerusalem, but went on to rob the Palestinians of their homes denying them “legal” residency, Palestinians who can traced their residency in Jerusalem for thousands of years forced into exile to make rooms for “immigrant” of dubious Jewish origin to take their place.

The US contrary to its “principled” values of freedom, liberty equal rights and self determinations, all these simply goes out of the window when these rights are claimed by Palestinians.

The Rights of Self Determination enshrined in all UN resolutions and statues are simply denied to the Palestinians while accepted for the people across the globe and of course the answer is simple. When it comes to Israel, thanks to the US all international laws and principals become irrelevant.

As President Barack Obama heads to Jerusalem he should keep in mind that Jerusalem is not simply another city, nor a claimed capital of Israel but a Jerusalem for All belong to billions of Christians, Jews and Muslims and must not be entrusted to the likes of Bibi Netanyahu or Mahmoud Abbas, certainly must not be entrusted to guys like Joseph Lieberman and Ahmed Qurai let alone to some one like Saeb Eurekat who perhaps for a promise of a few VIP passes promised Israel the “ biggest Yerushalayim” in Jewish history”.

Contrary to what one would expect, the Palestinian leadership of the PLO and the PA is simply unfit and unqualified to represent the Arabs and billions of Muslims when it comes to Jerusalem. This leadership simply never lived up to its responsibility for the Palestinians of East Jerusalem certainly unfit to represent the interests of Christian Arabs and billions of Muslims.

Jerusalem, united, without borders and without barbed wires is a city of the world belongs to Jews, to Christians and to Muslims and it will be a crime to ever divide the city again. And it will be a bigger world crime if left to the present Israeli and Palestinian leaderships.

The world is looking for President Barack Obama to take the lead and muster the courage, stand for America’s values, stand up to the American Jewish leadership and AIPAC and either become a true honest fair just broker or step out of the way and stop providing the cover that keeps Jews and Arabs from ever achieving peace. Time for America to stop contributing to the blood spelling of Jews and Arabs and yes, Americans.

Mr. Obama, your visit came too late to save the much talked about “ Two State Solution”. The United States, Israel and the PLO leadership all contributed to varying degrees to the demise of the Two State Solution. The only way forward is a One State for all of its people. That is the only and final solution.

Israel Does Matter

15 01 2013

As Chuck Hagel stands to face his prosecutors in the American Knesset he has to face serious charges perhaps rising to the level of treason. Among the charges Chuck Hagel is facing (1) he is a US Senator not an Israeli Senator, (2) He distance himself from the Jewish Lobby (3) Does not sign letters presented by AIPAC, (4) Antagonistic against Israel. (5) He is non –interventionist and does not support “promiscuous war” especially Israel sponsored wars, and (6) he labeled AIPAC as a Jewish Lobby not an Israeli Lobby.

As Americans will see from the process of confirmation, and all the discussions leading to the confirmation, hardly any talks of Chuck Hagel and his service to America and his leadership as combatant in Vietnam and who always put America First, it is all about Israel and it is not about America.

Almost all the entire case against Chuck Hagel has everything to do with Israel and has nothing with America or the American people or his qualifications as defense secretary and his survive as a combat soldier or as US senator.

Neocons and Jewish Zionists are leading the pack, those who took America to a wild chase of WMD and got us in a quagmires in both Iraq and Afghanistan, wars that will never end and have costs America thousands of dead and tens of thousands of wounded and more than a trillion dollars. Dollars that could have renewed the already deterioted and falling apart infrastructures building the best primary, secondary and high schools in America, rebuild all the bridges, clinic and hospitals and introducing a network of super fast trains all across America. Perhaps build clinics and schools in districts of Likud members of the American Knesset, investing in America and its citizens and not wasting money on stupid wars.

Many Likud members of the American Knesset have already voiced their opposition against Chuck Hagel nomination leading this pack of rabid wolves is Lindsey Graham (L-South Carolina). Others Likudist’s have also expressed opposition to the nomination’s the likes of John Cornyne (L-Texas), Maroc Rubio (L-Florida), Bob Corker L-Tennessee and Mitch McConnell (L-Kentucky) and the majority of Likudist’s on the Senate House Service Committee expressed apposition to the nomination.

Jumping on the bandwagon, as friends of the court is a list of whose whom in the neocons industry, the likes of Bill Kristol, Elliot Abrams, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Michael Goldfarb, and Kenneth Adelman among others.

Also jumping on the bandwagon is the Emergency Committee for Israel buying televisions advertisements apposing the nominations. Others like CNN giving much time to his distracters, with the Washington Post, coming out against the nomination as “not the right choice”. One has to ask the Washington Post what is the “right choice” and based on what? Blind unconditional support of Israel and surrender to AIPAC.

It is a well known fact in Washington and across the great land of the USA that any one, local and national politicians who stands for America First and not an Israeli Firster will be politically assassinated ending careers of many who served this great country, the likes of late Senator Charles Percy, Congressman Paul Findley and recently snuffing the career of a great servant of the republic and the people, Chass Freeman.

Perhaps this nomination is wakes up call for all Americans to demand that ALL senators and congressmen pledge the allegiance to the United States and not Israel, perhaps it is time to retire all Likud members of both Senate and House and have the house of the people once again, the American Congress.
Let us wait and see which counts Israel or America?

Obama Succumb to Bibi. Paving the way in blood.

23 12 2012

It seems President Obama agrees with Bibi Netanyahu and both see the price for an invitation to the White House must be paved with the innocent blood of Jews and A
rabs. I guess this is the price Israelis and Gazans have to pay so that both men can mend fences. Surrounded by so many “Israel First” in the White House, National Security, State and UN no wonder Obama’s White House gave Israel (according to Israeli ambassador to Washington), the GREEN light to assassinate and escalate the war on Gaza including targeting civilians.

To Israeli leaders from the left or the right or the middle, facing elections, spelled blood of both Israelis and Arabs is a necessity election material, and it energizes the election and Israeli voters, of course the more Arab blood is spelled the better and the more votes. Simply there are no “peace” candidates only war candidates in Israel.

I also guess the same is true of the American Jewish leadership and to a great extent to the American Jewish “community”. The more blood is spelled, both Israeli/Jewish and Palestinian/Arab the more the community is energize to go out and raise money.

When the innocent blood in Palestine/Israel flow the money flows from Boston, to Brooklyn, to Cleveland, to Chicago, to St. Lewis, to Bethesda all the way to Los Angeles and Hollywood. Peace for Israel and for the Palestinians could never and will never energize the American Jewish leadership and community, spelled blood always does.

So it is not so surprising to see the American Jewish community and leadership with very very minor exception line up behind Israel, right or wrong as it wages its relentless attack on the innocent people of Gaza. To this leadership and community, all Israelis are victims and innocent and all Palestinians are guilty and deserve to die. Simply there are no civilians in Gaza, only an enclave of some 1.5 million terrorists who deserve to get killed, murdered in retail or wholesale.

Not so sure when this “community” and the mainstream media can see and face the truth that there are two sides to every story and that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not an exception to the rule. It is always the same thing and the same justifications. Israel has the right to defend itself. Israel has the right to attack and attack both militias and civilians. Israel has the right to initiate and engage all the means possible including air force, tanks, artillery, navy, and drones. Of course Palestinians under siege in Gaza, have no rights whatsoever to do any thing, no right to retaliate, no right to defend the civilian population, no right to resist the Jewish Occupation.

What is more disgusting is the fact that this “community” and the main stream media never bothered to even question or realize that Israel never ended its occupation of Gaza. Israel continues to place Gaza under siege, continues to shut down border crossings, continue to prevent supplies and fuels to come to Gaza, continues to enforce sea blockade, continue to calculate “calories” so that the people of Gaza do not look like the Jews in Concentration Camps. In fact Israel control the land, air and sea of Gaza. No one question perhaps dares to question why Israel simply refuses to reach a deal ending the siege and reach ends its occupation.

I am sure radio and TV hosts are not so stupid but for sure cowards when failing to raise tough and follow up questions to Israeli spokesperson as if given transcript and are not allowed deviating from it. No one is allowed to use their brains, or journalistic in question, simply they become battery-operated journalists. No one so far asked Israeli spokesperson follow up questions, such as the case why did Israel decides to assassinate Hamas Jabari now, certainly inviting Hamas militia to retaliate, and why did Bibi did not allow a pending deal to go through.

It seems every one in main stream media from the New York Times to Washington Post to CNN, BBC and Fox News all simply accept and dare not question Israel’s decision of waging frequent and constant war on Gaza. No one dare to ask the question if Israel has a right to retaliate does Hamas have the same right and if Israel target civilians can Hamas do the same? With the millions of dollars in salaries, mainstream media could not muster one “coward” to challenge the lies of Mark Regev, the Australian Jews who is Bibi Netanyahu propagandists. The Eveready battery keeps going, and going.

I like to leave you with some of the statements issued by main stream Jewish group in the US to determine for your self what is wrong with this “community” and why the silence and why they dare not speak out and say to Israel enough is enough?

Enough spelled blood, enough lies and enough justifications for the continued siege of Gaza, enough of targeting people, enough of killing innocent people, women and children. This “community” should know not all those injured and killed are militias but innocent people, innocent as much as any Israeli citizen in the South of Israel. But then spelled blood is what raises money and money buys power and influence in Washington.

So Mr. Bibi Netanyahu you are now welcomed to Obama’s White House however the price in blood is yet to be determined, perhaps few hundreds killed, perhaps few thousands injured the more the better. Welcome to America.

Statements in Support of Israel.

ADL: Israel has shown tremendous restraint in the face of the unceasing rocket and mortar fire launched from Gaza. This operation is directly targeting the leadership responsible for these attacks, as well as the warehouses and facilities housing their weapons. No country in the world would stand by and tolerate such attacks on more than a million civilians. The international community has a clear obligation to condemn these attacks and to support the actions taken by Israel against Hamas and other terror organizations operating in Gaza as Israel carries out its basic duty to defend its civilian population.
J Street: J Street stands with Israel and its right to defend itself from all threats to its people and territory. Our sympathies go out to the Israeli victims and families caught in the violence. We reiterate our call on Hamas to immediately cease rocket attacks on Israel and to ensure that other groups in Gaza desist as well. We also remain concerned about the impact on the civilian population in Gaza and urge the IDF to exercise judicious restraint in limiting its response to military targets in an effort to prevent civilian casualties.
Israel’s current military operation is a response to the hundreds of rockets that have rained down on Israel from the Gaza Strip over the past year. Every day, Israel’s southern residents carry with them the fear that a sudden Qassam rocket could change their world forever. Innocent Israeli and Palestinian civilians too often bear the high costs of this ongoing conflict. Sirens have sounded in Israel as hundreds of rockets have been launched from Gaza, killing and injuring several Israelis. Already, there are reports of fatalities among Palestinian civilians, with many wounded as well. All of those Israelis and Palestinians who are suffering are in our thoughts and prayers.
At this sensitive moment, we call on President Obama to mobilize international partners to broker a ceasefire quickly. It is critical now to prevent escalation of the violence, which could increase casualties on both sides and further strain already fraught tensions in the region. We remain convinced that the best chance of breaking the spiral of violence is through achieving a two-state resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This latest military action must ultimately be assessed by whether it advances Israel’s long-term security. Today, however, the first goal should be to stop rocket fire on Israel, limit civilian casualties and avoid a deeper military conflict.
AJC: AJC is urging the international community to join together in backing Israel’s right to defend and protect its citizens against Hamas. The United States and Canada today expressed unqualified support for Israel, while sharply criticizing Hamas. But the UN Security Council, meeting in emergency session last night in New York could not agree on a statement of concern.
“The inability of too many world leaders to distinguish between the arsonist, Hamas, and the firefighter, Israel, is gross negligence,” said AJC Executive Director David Harris. “No UN member state can honestly say it would respond differently to a neighbor dedicated to its annihilation and launching rockets to provoke a larger confrontation.” The U.S. “supports Israel’s right to defend itself,” said the U.S. State Department. “There is no justification for the violence that Hamas and other terrorist organizations are employing against the people of Israel… Attacking Israel on a near daily basis does nothing to help Palestinians in Gaza.”
Canada’s foreign minister, John Baird, agreed. “We fundamentally believe that Israel has the right to defend itself and its citizens from terrorist threats,” he said. “Far too often, the Jewish people find themselves on the front lines in the struggle against terrorism.” This week alone, hundreds of rockets launched by Hamas and its kindred spirits in Gaza have landed in southern Israel. Three Israelis were killed in a rocket attack earlier today on an apartment building in Kiryat Malachi, and more than 70 have been wounded in several communities in the region.
Many reportedly were injured while attempting to reach bomb shelters. “Israel deserves deep empathy as one million of its citizens have been forced to stand by within 15 seconds of the nearest bomb shelter, not knowing when the next Hamas attack will arrive. Schools have been closed and daily life disrupted,” said Harris.
“Coddling Hamas, recognized by the U.S. and European Union as a terrorist organization, does not advance the cause of peace,” said Harris. “To the contrary, the international community has not taken seriously enough the combustible mix of Hamas hatred of Israel and the group’s accumulation of more and more sophisticated rockets, including ones that today reportedly can reach Tel Aviv.” Harris added. “Those truly concerned for Israel’s security and the cause of peace must stand up and speak with unambiguous moral clarity. The rapidly escalating situation demands no less.”
Jewish Federations of North America: “Since this past weekend, citizens of Israel’s south have been targeted by yet another rocket barrage by terrorists in the Gaza Strip, that have put more than one million Israeli civilians under a state of siege,” said Michael Siegal, chair, The Jewish Federations of North America. “We call on the international community to condemn such unprovoked violence and vigorously defend Israel’s right to protect itself and its citizens from further harm.”
“These latest unprovoked attacks follow years of unrelenting terror that has forced so many Israelis to live in a constant state of fear — conditions which no country would tolerate,” added Jerry Silverman, president and CEO of JFNA. “We proudly stand shoulder to shoulder with the people and state of Israel during this difficult time and pray that such attacks will soon end.”
AIPAC issued a report: The Senate on Nov. 15 passsed a resolution by unanimous consent that expresses strong support for Israel as it seeks to defend itself from Hamas rocket attacks against Israeli civilians. The resolution, introduced by Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Mark Kirk (R-IL), “reiterates that Hamas must end Gaza linked terrorist rocket and missile attacks against Israel, recognize Israel’s right to exist, renounce violence, and agree to accept previous agreements between Israel and the Palestinians.” The resolution also calls on the United Nations Security Council to condemn Hamas’ rocket attacks.
AIPAC has also sent several emails to its membership noting the key part AIPAC members have played in ensuring strong U.S-Israeli cooperation.
Americans For Peace Now (APN): APN mourns the loss of life and the suffering of innocent civilians on both sides. APN categorically denounces the firing of rockets and mortar rounds from Gaza into Israel and expresses its solidarity with the residents of communities in southern Israel. There is no justification for the targeting of civilians, and Israel has the right and the obligation to protect its citizens from such attacks and threats. At the same time, Israel’s leaders must at long last recognize that military power alone has failed and will continue to fail to prevent rockets from being fired. Exercise of this power, on its own, will never ensure Israel’s long-term security and stability on its border with Gaza. Military power cannot address the underlying issue of Israel’s unresolved relationship with Hamas-ruled Gaza. That issue will only be resolved through diplomacy.
The Zionist Organization Of America (who recently lost its tax-exempt status while it was busy trying to make Israel a Republican and Democratic party wedge issue) politicized: “We are concerned that this heavy barrage of rocket fire on Israel launched by terrorist groups, which are targeting Israeli civilians with a view to inflicting maximum casualties, has been proceeding for four days without response from President Obama. President Obama spoke in 2008 during his visit to Sderot and, more recently, during the second presidential debate, of his concern for Israeli civilians being subjected to rocket fire, having to scramble without warning into bomb shelters and how he would take firm measures to protect his daughters if they were living in a home subject to this form of terrorist attack. That is why it is disappointing, puzzling and concerning that we have not heard President Obama speak out on these attacks and affirm, as he did in 2008, that Israel has a right and duty to defend itself from such assaults. We urge him to do so now. A weak or non-existent presidential response transmits a message that these attacks are insufficient to warrant presidential concern and will be tolerated. I cannot believe that that is a message President Obama would wish to convey to the terrorists groups in Gaza.”

US at UN- An Act of Infamy

23 12 2012

Time for every one to sober up and come down from their highs. I do not want to throw cold water on the UN vote last week, nor do I want to dismiss the good will of the majority of the world that voted for “Palestine” as an observer state. However time for the Palestinians under Jewish Occupation and in the Diaspora to take a second look at 45 years of a failing national project and a failing leadership and make a difference for the future.

Every Palestinian should remember, Mahmoud Abbas who returned to Ramallah to a hero’s welcome after the UN vote is the same man who with Yasser Arafat and Ahmed Qurai negotiated and signed the Oslo Accord, which legally and permanently perpetuate the Jewish Occupation and created a management company (Palestinian National Authority) to manage the Jewish Occupation.

Arafat and the PA corruption and incompetence and the security cooperation with Israel were the main cause for factional divisions between Fatah and Hamas with the PLO/Fatah aborting the first transparent and democratic election under Jewish Occupation.

Oslo Accord gave Israel a “veto” power over “Final Status” made it impossible to ends the Jewish Occupation, return the Palestinian refugees, leaving Jerusalem beyond the reach of hundreds of thousands of native Palestinians subject to continued ethnic cleansings.

Before Palestinians go out and celebrate it would them good to go back and revisit the performance of the PLO, its PNC and leadership during the last 45 years. Revisit Oslo Accord and all subsequent agreements like Taba, Waye River and the Hebron Accord to see the criminal failings of the PLO and leadership.

While Oslo Accord placed 1.5 millions in Gaza and 2.5 millions in the West Bank under a virtual prison, the Hebron Accord placed over 100,000 in permanent house arrest in favor of 5,000 armed Jewish settlers and terrorists.

Over the last few days I had a good chance to read much about the UN vote and what it means written by many legal scholars, many politicians and intellectuals, Israelis and Palestinians.

Bibi Netanyahu reduced the vote to “nothing changes” and ordered the immediate building of 3,000 unites splitting the West Bank between North and South. Israel continues to occupy, shoot and kill, steal and confiscate land, demolish homes at will.

Mahmoud Abbas, (worried about the next pay check), promised he will not go to the International Criminal Court unless there is a new Israeli “aggression”. As if the War on Gaza I and II, the Apartheid Wall, the ever-expanding settlements, land theft, house demolitions, targeted killings and arbitrary arrests are not violations of international laws and not aggressions.

It is helpful for Palestinians to remember this new state was declared way back in November 15, 1988 when the PLO’s Palestine National Congress declared the state of “Palestine” in exile. Now 24 years later Mahmoud Abbas stand before the UN and declare the same state “under occupation”. What a waste of time? Much much of the land since 88 disappeared in favor of Jewish settlements.

The people should remember that Arafat in 1977 as sole decision maker and dictator shifted the Fatah national project from a liberation and “One democratic state” to a negotiated settlement on any “liberated land”. Hence Jericho First.

Hundreds of thousands of people died during those years as a result of an ‘armed liberation” that never was and massacres in Lebanon that went unchallenged and never investigated. Arafat and the PLO leadership were setting up the Palestinian people to scale back their hopes of ever returning home and a One Democratic State. Those under Occupation had to scale down their ambition to a “Palestinian Provisional” state under continued Jewish Occupation.

Arafat and Abu-Jihad aborted the First Intifada, which was perhaps the first and perhaps the only credible uprising in the history of Palestine. The First Intifada produced a partnership among all people, among all factions, rich and poor, street activists, intellectuals, famers; shopkeepers all joined together resisting the armed Jewish occupation with stones and slingshots.

Arafat afraid of the challenge to his leadership was bent on aborting such challenge, pumped millions of dollars to Fatah operative to abort the uprising. After Madrid he went into secret negotiations with Israel ending the First Intifada and concluded Oslo Accord as manager of this Jewish Occupation.

Other than offering lucrative jobs and assignments with international organizations to many of the PLO and Fatah incompetent corrupt operative, the UN vote means nothing on the ground.

Israel will continue to and expand settlements and Mahmoud Abbas will continue to ask for a permit to go back and forth between office and his house.

Question that should be on the minds of All Palestinians under Occupation and in the Diaspora what is next and how can the Palestinians continue to trust this leadership sitting in Ramallah to make a difference.

Time for the Palestinians to take matter into their hands. Those under Jewish Occupation organize a national civil and legal uprising that will end both the monopoly of failing incompetent unfit unqualified leadership, demand immediate revocations of Oslo Accord and disbanding of the PA as manager of the Jewish Occupation. A good start will be to burn and destroy All Israeli issued security and ID cards. The leadership should have the decency to return or burn all its Israeli issued VIP passes and cancel and revoke any and all security arrangements and cooperation with Israel.

To those in exiles time to line up behind a One State Solution, organize a new representative body to replace the much discredited and illegitimate PLO and give the necessary support to those challenging the leadership and the Jewish Occupation.

And the winner is Israel.

6 08 2012

This year US presidential election is perhaps the most expensive in history with the least issues concerning America and Americans with the American/Israeli Jewish businessman Sheldon Edelson calling the shots and shaping the election.

2% of the US population, 60% of political donations and with “Israel First” as the only agenda, no wonder both candidates are tripping over themselves and each other in winning the votes and donations of the American Jewish community. In this US presidential election, America and Americans is the loser and Israel is the winner and its Fifth Column reign supreme. Read the rest of this entry »
