Only fools continue to believe in a two state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

ANNAPOLIS, MD - NOVEMBER 27: Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas and U.S. President George W. BushAt one time and for a long time, I always believed in the possibility of peace between Israel and the Palestinians based on a two state solution along the 67 borders with Jerusalem as a shared and open city. No more.

Like millions of Palestinians under occupation and millions of Palestinians in exile, I see the possibilities of a two state solution gone for ever.

In about a week time, George Bush will make a second visit to Israel, the first as president of the US, his first was paid for as a compliment from AIPAC, the Israeli lobby and Jewish leadership in the US and the Likud Party.

George Bush declared objective is to bring about peace between Jews and Arabs, while his real objective is to align Arab countries behind his and Israel war plans against Iran. The Arabs must never forget that the US is a partner in the Occupation and learn they waged a US war on Iran once and no need for another costly and stupid war.

The US and since 67 War has always supported the Israeli military and settlers occupation with money, weapons and international support. In fact, the late Lyndon Johnson and as a favor for his Jewish mistress supported the pre-emptive attack by Israel against Egypt and Syria while giving public assurance the US is against war. Lyndon Johnson under the influence of sex was the first president to give Israel major offensive weapons in the form of F-4 jet fighters, which played a major role in the war f cours we add to that stupidity and recklessness of Nasser leadership and his irresponsible and incompetent military leadership. The US has since poured billions of weapons into Israel was machine.

For over 40 years the US gave Israel hundreds of billions of dollars funding the military occupation and funding the civilian and settler’s infrastructure within the occupied territories at the expense of the indigenous Palestinians who saw their land stolen by Israel and Jewish settlers. The US went further than giving military and financial support; it gave Israel the political support it needed to make realities on the ground very difficult for any future and free Palestinian state.

Arafat believed that he could make peace with Israel and he was not only a fool, but a stupid fool for signing the Oslo Accord without making sure the settlements activities stop and not making sure there is an international police force to take over from the IDF to provide security for the Palestinians. Instead and with his not so smart and corrupt deputy Ahmed Qurai, they signed an agreement that gave legitimacy to the occupation and to the expansions of settlements and allowed special roads for “Jews” and of course allowed the IDF to make all the decisions when it comes to security issues. Arafat and the Palestinians leadership were well rewarded made like a bandit under Oslo.

Now the Palestinians under Mahmoud Abbas, a man who is committed to peace with Israel, see themselves under siege every day of the year, facing endless checkpoints that makes 15 minutes drive into an all day adventure and they see more and more of their lands stolen from under their feet for settlements. The US changed international law from making settlements illegal to making settlements “not helpful” to peace. Who in the hell cares about peace when they see their properties and lands stolen and confiscated by Israel for benefits of Jews and who see themselves and their cities open targets for daily army raids. Last year over 500 Palestinians died while no Israeli was killed, yet, the US continue to give absolute support for Israel’s military and settlement activities. Israel has declared war against the Palestinians back in the 30’s and it did not stop until now and will never stop unless it drives all Palestinians to cross the river to Jordan.

Only fools believe there is a possibility of peace between Israel and the Palestinians. It is too bad the Palestinian leadership is giving Israel the support and legitimacy it needs to appear to the world as a nation seeking peace. Israel interest was always the land without people and was never interested in peace and always made sure that its settlement activities make a Palestinians state simply impossible. The PA is nothing but a government of the Occupation.

I am one of those who call on both the leadership and the Palestinians people to abandon any talks of peace with Israel and seek a one state solution and fight Israel as an apartheid state and not as an occupying power. In any case, military means for the Palestinians as a way of liberation are out of the question, and suicide bombing is not only morally wrong but irresponsible acts of leadership, and the only solution ahead is for the Palestinians to seek equality with Jews of Israel and seek the right to recover their confiscated and stolen properties within Israel and in all of Palestine, and make their only fight is to be free and equal to Jews within Israel There is NO other choice for the Palestinians but to seek a one state solution. I have abandoned once and for all times, any and all hope for a two state solution and will from now on support a one state and an end to the Jewish Apartheid where Jews and Palestinians live free and equel from the sea to the river.
