Home for the Thanksgiving Holiday, my favorite of all religious and national holidays. Remember my first one in the US in Rockford, Ill when my late Dad and us kids drove the distance from Gary, Indiana to Rockford to attend our first Thanksgiving, it was snowy, beautiful small towns and it has such a lasting impact on me and the things I most remember about being in America.

When I first arrived in the US back in 1962 as an immigrant, my oldest brother Nabil was undergoing basic training at Ft. Bragg, NC, he was to stay there extra few months for his jump training. Nabil left to Columbia, South America back in 53 and a year later my father was able to get an immigrant visa to the US and Nabil joined my later father in 58. It was in 62 that I first met my brother Nabil since his departure in 53. Within couple of weeks of arriving home back in Gary, Indiana Nabil was on his way to Fairbanks, Alaska were he stayed for 18 months. Read the rest of this entry »
This “Palestinian leadership” sitting in Ramallah is desperate, desperate to reinvent itself, desperate to keep its self in business of managing the Jewish Occupation. This Palestinian leadership that aborted the First Intifada, which was the closet thing the Palestinians, came to an “Arab Spring” in favor of Oslo Accord and managing the Jewish Occupation.
